DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE
Labotek offer a comprehensive range of Dehumidifier driers, encompassing;
- DMR-desiccant mobile rotor series ensure maximum energy efficiency and flexibility for small and medium size applications. The compact dryers have a capacity range of 40ltr ~ 300ltr with air flows from 20-60 m3/h. All with a constant dew point of -40°C or better thanks to the desiccant rotor technology. Structure of the desiccant rotor is guaranteeing large absorbing capacity and no dust emission.
- Labotek’s DDM series of mobile desiccant dryers, are designed to have be energy optimised and is available as a complete desiccant drying and integrated dry air conveying system to processing machine, based on proven, reliable and energy saving design. With a hopper capacity range from 60ltr to 225ltrs
The Labotek Desiccant Flexible Dryer (DFD) series can dry either single or several hydroscopic plastics raw materials simultaneously. The small footprint, making it ideal for locating close to the production machinery.
The desiccant dryer is combined with one or several drying hoppers (DH), ranging from 15-10,000 litres, depending on the application.
De-humidification of the air is made possible through a twin bed desiccant assembly which contains molecular sieve absorption material. Regeneration of the drying medium takes place in a closed cycle, thus ensuring optimal dew points and lowest possible energy consumption. A unique “moisture dependent regeneration system”, enables the dryer to regenerate the molecular sieves depending on moisture levels being absorbed, therefore the time between bed changes is flexible, with the dryer only utilising the regeneration energy required, or as option by a set dew point.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
All of the Labotek Driers are fitted with the Labotek Energy Saving System (LESS) fitted as standard, allowing the temperature to be lowered when the material has been dried. In order to prevent over drying, thus
saving energy.
