DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE
DS 503-507 SINGLE DESICCANT TOWER DRYERS.
Compact and efficient single desiccant tower models, airflow up to 80 m³/h, Dew Point values down to –35°C. Process air temperature up to 150°C (200°C for the HT version).
• Clear information: the display shows the working temperature, the set point and any alarm message
• Can be coupled with hoppers having capacities of up to 200 dm³
• Can be installed on the processing machine or placed on a mobile trolley
• Systems with multiple hopper set-ups are possible.
DP 604-615 DOUBLE DESICCANT TOWER DRYERS.
Double desiccant tower models, with an airflow rate from 50 to 150 m3/h, supply air at a dew point lower than –50°C. The process air temperature can be set up to 200°C (HT version). The operator can simply and easily increase the number of hoppers at any time. Hoppers capacity from 30 to 400 dm³; single or centralised systems.
DP 619-624 DOUBLE DESICCANT TOWER DRYERS.
Double desiccant tower models, with an airflow rate from 200 to 800 m3/h, supply air at a dew point lower than –55°C. The process air temperature can be set up to 150°C (200°C for the HT version). Hoppers capacity from 300 to 2500 dm³; single or centralised systems.
DP 640-644 DOUBLE DESICCANT TOWER DRYERS.
Double desiccant tower models, provide 1000 m3/h and 1400 m3/h of dried air respectively, production range from 450 to 800 kg/h. Can be used with hoppers totalling up to 4500 litres capacity. The whole drying system works in closed loop so as to guarantee a process independent from the environmental conditions, with a Dew Point of -50°C or lower.
Allows the costs for energy to be kept in a range from 0.05 kWh/kg up to 0.08 kWh/kg max (process temperature ranging from 80 to 120°C)
Can be used in different production processes, to treat materials with particular characteristics such as PET and PETG.
GENESYS HIGH EFFICIENCY DRYERS –ideal for PET applications.
Process control and lowest energy utilization - 69.2 Wh/kg. The process parameters and the Dew Point are kept constant and always at optimal levels for adequate treatment of PET
MODULA AUTO-ADAPTIVE CENTRAL DRYING SYSTEMS.
Available for medium capacity applications (200 to 300 kg/h). Energy efficient functioning: optimized automatic modulation of all drying parameters for each specific polymer. Up to 16 hoppers independently managed.
