There are 3 variations of Dosing Units within our product range: Volumetric, Gravimetric, and Powder Dosers.
Volumetric Dosers have an additive dosing throughput of 0.07-180kg/hr and offer a quick and easy colour change in less than 60 seconds.
The Gravimetric Dosers additive dosing throughput matches that of the Volumetric Doser, however, you will typically find 20% Masterbatch savings when compared. For the ultimate in precision gravimetric dosing, this system has a phenomenally short payback period.
Powder Dosers offer trouble-free dosing of non-free-flowing powders. This unit can dose between 100g/hr to 40kg/hr. Extremely accurate and robust, its unique design and manufacturer patented elements create great accuracy and ability to function in the most hostile of environments.
