Multi-Purpose Granulator
Ideal for recycling both rigid and flexible materials such as sprues, injection moulded, or extruded parts. Our range boasts the lowest running costs per kilo of any machine on the market.
Low Speed/Beside the Press Granulator
Suitable for sprues, runners, and small parts. Often used for closed-loop recovery in-line with injection moulding machine.
Thermoforming & Edge Trim Granulator
World-class design for 50–4,500kg/hr. For full sheet start-up, formed sheet and skeletal waste. Complete systems available for both film and sheet applications.
Blow Moulding Granulator
Dedicated to blow moulding scrap recovery. Highly technical cutting chamber design ensures very efficient power usage and maximum gripping ability. For small bottles, tanks, and jerry cans up to 200L.
Heavy Duty Granulator GSH
For tough applications including 24/7 recycling. Typical throughput of 300–7000kg/hr with heavy-duty bearings and V-cut knife design gives efficient cutting with low dust.
Low Speed GSL
By the press and standalone low-speed range. Suits all mould shops and materials. A great value, simple and easy to maintain the machine.
ZCS Shredder/Granulator
Combined shredder and granulator unit, perfect for recycling bulky production scrap into ready-to-use regrind material.
Moditec Goliath Granulator
