TOOL-TEMP is a leading manufacturer of temperature control units. These are manufactured in Switzerland where the manufacture of over 10,000 units per year. Tool-Temp products are well known for outstanding build quality, ruggedness, reliability, and ease of operation.
DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE
We supply a complete range of TCU’s for all applications. Water TCU’s for applications up to 90°C with heating capcities ranging from 3kW to 144kW. Pressurised water TCU’s for applications up to 160°C with heating capacities ranging from 6kW to 24kW and for applications upto 130°C we able to offer upto 48kW. Oil TCU’s for applications up to 360°C with heating capacities from 3kW to 144kW. Tool-Temp offer a range of models for specialist applications where a very quick change of temperature is required between 30°C -160°C, units with very high cooling capacities, direct cooling options, conditioning baths, leakstopper unit. All Tool-Temp units come with comprehensive features as standard. The majority of units include digital flow indication, leak-stopper and mould drain function, indication of system pressure, automatic pressure discharge and aeration on pressurised water units, As well as automatic filling on all water units. Critical components are all in stainless steel or bronze. All units have electrical and mechanical safety features.
