SUMMARY OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

DMN-WESTINGHOUSE has been designing and manufacturing rotary valves, diverter valves and other related components for the bulk solids handling industry for many years. Our sole activity is the development, manufacture and sale of these components.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

Rotary Valves: Numerous combinations possible ranging from filter / discharge valves through to 10 bar explosion rated units, specialised pellet handling valves for plastics and hygienic valves with guide rails for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

Diverter Valves: Many types available from fabricated gravity valves (odd & even leg), to flap diverters, plug type and the USDA approved tube diverter.

Slide Valves: An extensive collection of fabricated and cast bodied slide valves with either manual or pneumatic operation and a wide choice of seal materials for both product and air type applications.

Couplings: DMN Westinghouse is the only official UK & Irish agent for the renowned Morris Couplings. Genuine parts available at prices well below competitive makes or other Morris outlets.

SPECIALIST AREAS

DMN-WESTINGHOUSE has a range of products for handling virgin and recycled regrind, flaked, and granular plastics.

The Rotary & Diverter valves are utilised in all areas of raw material and final product manufacture from storage, handling, conveying and processing to Dust Collection and Centralised Vacuum Systems.

For lower pressure systems, the range includes the GL granular valve. The valves have been designed to minimize product degradation while retaining the best possible pocket filling efficiency.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED

• Service & Maintenance: Valves overhauled using OEM parts to return them to original supplied standards & specifications.
• On site servicing, or in-house (DMN-UK) full overhaul and repair.
• Site survey to enable a client based preventative maintenance program to be established.
