At EFI we produce a range of high quality controllers for hot runner systems. All products are manufactured in the UK by our team and are thoroughly tested before being shipped. We specialise in making robust controllers using a mechanical approach to improve reliability with advanced software techniques to provide class leading control and features.
The CM9 hot runner controller is our latest range of temperature controllers designed for injection mould tools in the range of 3 to 256 zones. It incorporates a modular card format for fast and easy diagnosis and repair of any problems, as well as a large 12" reinforced touch screen with intuitive software and an extensive feature set for industry leading tool control and tool balance compensation with a range of visualisations available. The system also provides great traceability of its usage with comprehensive data logging of information pertaining to the controller use and status. We also offer a desktop version of the CM9 capable of controlling from 3 to 24 zones. The desktop is much more compact than the full controller and is a very cost effective option for use with mould tools up to 24 zones.
Our tool connection conduits are some of the most durable in the industry and can be fully customised to your specifications. These are available both with our controllers and on their own, with full swivel connectors for ease of mounting and using industrial fire and chemical resistant tubing, making them ideal for any tool, including stack tools.
We offer training courses to allow you to get the most out of our hot runner temperature controllers with your system, regular maintenance site visits can be arranged to provide continuing support and make sure everything is operating optimally, and our controllers are also capable of being upgraded down the line should your requirements change.
