DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE
All products are manufactured by Mesutronic and can detect metal contaminants of any type, including stainless steel,, brass, copper etc. METRON SL units are designed to sit below a conveyor belt. METRON PROFI LINE units are long linear units for monitoring very wide products such as extruded films etc. METRON tunnel detectors can be used to monitor large mouldings, bags of plastic granules, rolls of film etc. They can also be integrated into the infeed conveyor of a granulator. DETECTION & REJECT SYSTEMS. There are a variety of options for units that both detect metal contaminants in plastic material and then remove them without interrupting production. HOPPER MAGNETS. We offer a range of round and square hopper magnets. These are designed to remove ferrous contaminants from your raw material and protect your plasticising components from damage.
