KNARR can offer the complete mould solution including the bolster, pillars and bushes, pins (pins in increments of 0.01mm in some sizes), blades, ejector sleeves (including stepless), interlocks, shout counters etc. A large range of slide elements for those difficult undercuts are standard stock items and they also offer competitive bespoke collapsible cores for faster cycling parts with a thread. With a user-friendly on-line shop we can offer the complete service. In addition to standard parts KNARR also manufactures special parts to customer drawings.
Through CONTURA-MTC we offer conformal cooling solutions to improve part quality and reduce cycle times by an average of 30%. With a combination of technologies Contura can get cooling channels into areas where traditional tooling methods simply can't react.
