I progressed from Material Handler to Setter (in 2016 upon completion of IMT level 3) to Lead Tech cover in the last 3 Years Working for a rapid Injection moulding prototyping manufacture, reporting to the production manager. This is a process improvement and problem-solving position, where daily activities focus on meeting varied prototype demands and material specification, to meet continuous KPI achievement and support key stake holders in meeting process challenges throughout IM production. |
