Maintaining extrusion dies, melt filter equipment (Erema), planning and organising wear reports on extruder barrels and screws and providing training to operators on all equipment. Experience in window profile extrusion, new tooling commissioning and general tool maintenance and as a Shift Manager, leading a shift of 15. Introduction and implementation of SMED principles. |
