Skills / experience relevant to this role | Profile: As a time served Toolmaker, I have been mainly involved with injection mould tooling for a range of manufacturing sectors with additional experience of vacuum forming, progression press & extrusion tooling, and wax pattern dies. I am a confident CAD user, both 3D & 2D, including Vero Visi & Solidworks, having progressed my career throughout tooling concepts & manufacture, I have enjoyed roles mainly in Mould Design, complemented by Process & Manufacturing Engineering. A multi-skilled individual with good skills with VSM, Kaizen, EDM, Moldflow, Tool Design & validation concepts, I can also offer good proven engineering skills backed up with G&A Advanced Moulding training & in-house training on hot runner systems, hydraulics, pneumatics & CNC programming. I have worked on tools ranging up to 30 tonnes, both steel & aluminium. With prior notice, I can be available for interview. Key Skills: ? Mechanical Engineering principals & practices ?
