Skills / experience relevant to this role	I have been within the plastics industry for over 20 year, starting with a good foundation of automated machine build and installation management (this includes larger IMMs) leading to a longer period of Project management within the automotive sector delivering multiple project launches on time and within budget. In later years I had the privilege of working with, and leading a portion of, a high end research and development group for the application of high performance Thermoset polymers into the Stator/Rotor environment of performance EV Motors, this ended with the successful serial launch of this product into a European production location. Along side all of this activity I have built a very strong commercial and financial understanding of project quotation, acquisition and later accurate budget management.
