| Skills / experience relevant to this role | Over 12 years industrial experience in coatings and polymers. I have worked on novel and innovative material formulations and design across different packaging sectors. Previous experience includes lab, people and project management. I have shaped the procedures for testing internally and externally across the whole lifecycle of products. Served as the intermediary between the customer and product in direct customer interactions. Built effective working relationships with internationally recognised external laboratories, universities, and companies. Managed innovative and complex projects with multiple stakeholders. |
