Skills / experience relevant to this role	I am a self-motivated individual with a flexible approach, who is attracted to an energetic, hands on working environment with 18+ years experience and proven success in the supply chain/procurement arenas. I consider myself to be a confident pro-active team player and can demonstrate excellent communication skills. I have shown excellent organisational skills in all previous roles, with an ability to effectively apply these skills to across all situations and scenarios. I regard myself to be a friendly person who works well in a team but can also work on my own initiative. I work well under pressure and would welcome an opportunity that is open to input, creativity and has an ethos of knowledge & experience sharing at all levels. Key Achievements • Project managed and became SME for JIT sequenced supplier during new production line installation • Assessed and improved logistics procedures across central European supply base • Coordinated a supplier event for a 100+ suppliers • Material controller for JLR’s largest ever cross car line prototype build (172 vehicles) • Developed logistics processes to produce a new product for Bentley and became SME and point of contact for the customer
