Role responsibilities
- The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within operations
- In the role of Operations Project Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget
- As Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Maintenance and Quality departments with direct line management for the teams
- Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments where necessary to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Qualifications/experience required
- Degree Qualification in Engineering or Operations Management or Business Administration or related experience
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Project Management Qualification an advantage
- MUST HAVE technical knowledge and experience within plastic extrusion
- Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards
- Project Management experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Lamination technical knowledge an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
