SABIC Specialties Business, managing high-end engineering polymers, Polydist UK are the official distributor, some core markets you will be dealing with are automotive, healthcare, electronics and many more – training will be provided.

Role responsibilities

  • Drives for results and achieves sales and pricing objectives at the customer in terms of contribution margin volume, customer share, cost management, bad debt and working capital
  • Identifies new customers
  • Maintains or grows the market share in the assigned region, and maximises the total value creation for the business
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with customers and establishes solid connections with them
  • Introduces new products in conjunction with technical service
  • Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and builds an effective network
  • Captures relevant market information and represent the voice of the customer to the business
  • Operates as quickly and effectively as possible in achieving targets

Qualifications/experience required

  • Degree educated in relevant subject or technically developed through experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Be communicative and a persuasive salesperson with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in polymers, sales, marketing or business management
