We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to head up our sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the business along with maintaining current supplier / customer relations . The position will be mainly field-based with the requirement to attend our offices on a semi-regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and strategies that expand the company’s customer base and solidify its presence
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
• Create your own revenue stream via new customer accounts along with developing existing accounts
Qualifications:
• Experience within the plastic injection moulding industry
• Proven track record of Sales ability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
