The BOY Electric series has also been given a new machine design, which is not only characterised by its new look. The drive and inverter technology is integrated in the smallest possible space and still allows for numerous expansion options. A new, compact and low-maintenance safety technology is now also finding its way into the BOY injection moulding machines. This OSSD (Output Signal Switching Device) technology enables very user-friendly monitoring at the highest safety level. By systematically integrating the highperformance technology into the BOY Electric, BOY remains true to its philosophy of minimising the footprint.
BOY Ltd. offer calibration and commissioning of our injection moulding machines, and maintenance contracts.
After-sales support is of paramount importance to everyone at BOY Limited where we offer a UK-based service team who are available for rapid response for machine breakdowns and problems.
We also stock a wide and varied range of spare parts for all models of BOY machines allowing us to satisfy well over 90% of all customer spare part orders the same day from stock. BOY Ltd hold a range of genuine spare parts in stock for BOY Machines dating back to 1976. We aim to fulfil most orders from stock by next day delivery. In the unlikely event that we do not have the parts that you need in stock, we can bring them across from BOY in Germany in 3-4 days.
Training courses are available incorporating the latest technology of the ALPHA control system. The BOY training courses deliver both theoretical and practical high quality process training, tailored to our customer requirements and for optimising productivity.
