Negri Bossi MultiMat® multi-component injection moulding machines can be equipped with up to six injection units and each injection unit can be controlled independently. As a result, complete freedom of choice with regard to the type of mould that can be designed and used is possible.
MultiMat® Vertical Units
• Up to four (4) injection units
• Injection units with Euromap classification ranging from 70 to 1600
• Screw diameters ranging from 20 to 70 mm
• Technical solution suitable for moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 70 to 3,500 tonnes
MultiMat® Horizontal Lateral Units
• One (1) injection unit with Euromap classification ranging from 165 to 4250
• Screw diameters ranging from 25 to 90 mm
• Technical solution suitable for moulding machines with clamping forces exceeding 180 tonnes
MultiMat® Horizontal Parallel Units
• Two (2), three (3) or four (4) injection units in a parallel configuration
• Euromap classification ranging from 165 and 8400 (the same as or different from each other)
• Screw diameters ranging from 25 to 110 mm
• Technical solution suitable for moulding machines with clamping forces exceeding 180 tonnes

To compliment Negri Bossi MultiMat® multi-component machines, we offer a range of rotary tables that can be controlled by hydraulic or electric servo-motor.
The use of a rotary table provides improved precision and greater range in the positioning of the mould, and also enhances adaptability to the specific needs of the mould in use.
The rotary table can be either fully integrated into the moulding machine, which includes controlling the table rotation using the moulding machine controller, or as a separate controller independent unit.
