Aquapurge leading products:
- Barrel Blitz Universal replaces a manual strip down and cleaning of the screws and barrels, due to the mechanical Aquapurge's proprietary Scrubber Concentrate. It delivers fast colour changes and material changes, and shifts hard-to-remove carbon deposits
- PolyClear HMEX, specifically designed for blow moulding and extrusion, allows colour changes with 10% of the material. The induced turbulent flow and high melt fracture means that the channels employ maximum side wall velocity – dragging the colour out of the machine much faster than natural materials.
- PVC Purge is a PVC based scrubbing purge whose results would not be believed unless seen. PVC Purge shifts stubborn carbon/plate out from extrusion machinery processing PVC – it achieves this using a fully mechanical scrubbing action.
It can be used for a wide variety of PVC extrusion processes, including pipe, sheet and profile – as well as compounding.
