ARBURG are a leading manufacturer of plastic injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 12.5 to 650 tonnes in electric, hybrid and servo-hydraulic models. Horizontal and vertical presses and integrated robots are available. We also offer our freeformer additive manufacturing technology

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

Three models of the freeformer additive manufacturing technology are available; the 200-3X two nozzle and 300-3X two and three nozzle versions. The latter can be equipped to process high temperature materials applications.

The Freeformer can be used for producing functional parts in many market sectors.

DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES

At our Lossburg headquarters, we have the ARBURG Prototyping Centre (A.P.C). Installed in this facility we have a number of freeformer's on which we can undertake benchmark trials for customers.

Fast production of one-off parts or small-volume batches

The patented ARBURG Plastic Freeforming (APF) process allows you to tap into a whole new range of options for industrial additive manufacturing. Our open freeformer system can produce functional parts using qualified standard granulates. Layer-by-layer application of tiny plastic droplets.

ARBURG Plastic Freeforming technology (APF) in three models: The ARBURG 200 - 3X with two nozzles and the ARBURG 300 - 3X with two or three nozzles.
