T Zero are very customer focused and always treat the customer as the priority. They have demonstrated special measures to ensure the customer receives the right quality and quantity of parts at all times. They have worked over holiday periods on more than one occasion to maintain the high level of service. Technical support is always available and there is a high level of knowledge within the company. This was also recognised by our HQ Tooling and Mould experts from Germany. Kostal Uk would increase the business with T Zero if the opportunities were available. They are always considered in any RFQ’s for injection moulding. They support development and trials of new products and have solved many process issues for Kostal in the past where we have not been successful using our own expertise. Overall, I would consider T Zero to be one of our bets suppliers. They are always in the top 5 in our Supplier evaluation programme.
