SUMMARY OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

With over 30 years' experience, TWS manufacture screws & barrels for extrusion, compounding, injection & blow moulding industries. We also offer screw & barrel refurbishment and have been refurbishing screws for over 30 years, as well as being one of the leading tie bar repairers in the UK.

DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES

Ranging from 20 to 180mm dia x 6200mm in length for screw manufact & 20 to 460mm dia for screw refurb. Barrels can be manufacture up to a max length of approximately 7000mm; in either Nitrided steel, or from Bimetallic blanks in various bore linings, dependent on the application.

We also manufacture & repair Tie Bars,Screw Tip Assemblies, Feed Liners, Die & Breaker Plates
