OMS LubriTek have a wealth of experience in offering oil management service to suit individual needs. Our aim is to minimise downtime and increase operational efficiency rates by ensuring your oil is maintained to OEM specifications through our technically advanced products and filtration equipment.
SERVICES OFFERED
- Oil analysis with asset management software to track trends and assist customers working to industry standards such as ISO/TS16949
- Oil filtration to reduce ISO cleanliness through industry leading, custom built rig which is equipped with triple stage filtration down to 1micron absolute and in-built ISO cleanliness and water content monitors.
- Filtration rig also has water removal capability built-in which has been proven to reduce from 2,500ppm to 65ppm in 1,000ltr in just 120 minutes.
- Full system oil changes which includes tank clean and filtration to minimum ISO level recommended by OEM.
- Initial oil fills for new machine installations and re-locations.
- Full lubricants supply, including as standard pre-filtered hydraulic oil as well as greases, aerosols and anti-freeze.
- Waste oil removal, ensuring we can offer a complete package
SPECIALIST AREAS
- Specialist products proven to remove varnish from metallic components, which causes issues such as valves sticking restoring machine performance without affecting metallic components or rubber seals.
- Advanced hydraulic oil technology with a focus on offering longer oil service life and proven to reduce energy consumption through advanced additive package and improved quality base oils.
- Hydraulic oils which meet latest specification RDE 90245 set out by Bosch Rexroth.
