Class 8 Clean-room offering machine range of 100 to 300 tonnes lock. Through a unique user-friendly touch screen interface, Tex Plastics can remotely activate actuators that slide sealed HEPA-lite™ canopies back to allow overhead crane access to tooling. This allows them the flexibility to complete relatively low production runs at viable price levels.

Tex Plastics have two UK based injection moulding facilities with 62 Injection Moulding machines ranging from 25t to 1300t and shot weights from 27 to 6100 grammes. On-site development facilities include CMM - PPAP - CAD Solidworks and material selection assistance. Other facilities include a Whiteroom facility - secondary assembly - 7 colour tampo printing - ultrasonic welding & closed-cell gasket foam application.
