Technical Expertise and Prototyping Services
Our technical team draws on over 100 years of combined experience to ensure smooth project execution. We analyse component designs for new projects, applying Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles to enhance mouldability, minimise secondary operations, reduce assembly time, and simplify tooling. This approach ensures the optimal combination of material, mould, and machine for efficient, cost-effective production.
We also offer prototyping services, including 3D printing and CNC models, to produce high-resolution prototypes for detailed validation before production.
Tooling weights from 50kg - 15,000kg
We handle everything from manufacturing and assembly to packing, storage, and distribution. Once your product is manufactured, we can assemble it and complete the production cycle with final packaging, ready for distribution.
We offer comprehensive assembly services, whether this is manual assembly of componenets by our production line, or more specialist assembly including hotplate welding, ultrasonic welding, or heat stacking of inserts, we can also work with 3rd party suppliers to source additional components needed to complete the manufacture of your products for you.
we offer pick and pack operations to further streamline your processes and cut costs. We pick new consignments according to your specifications and re-pack your products for dispatch to their individual destinations.
