Our mould shop comprises 15 plastic injection moulding machines ranging from 22T to 250T.
Our machines' tie bar clearance dimensions are as follows: Smallest (254mm)—largest (580mm x 580mm).
Fitting a tool into a machine involves more than just checking if it fits between our tie bar sizes.
Our team has developed ingenious techniques to angle tools during loading, allowing broader tools than expected to fit into machines with specific platen sizes in some cases. This also depends on the tool's depth (shut height); if it is small enough, it can sometimes be turned 90 degrees to aid loading.
