Rubber injection moulding is ideal for the high-volume manufacture of parts that require high tolerances and little or no finishing after production. We process thermoset materials such as natural, synthetic and silicon rubbers using dedicated thermoset moulding machinery. Shot volumes up to 2000 cubic centimetres can be achieved, although we have a speciality in small, high precision components.
