That’s why we offer comprehensive tool trialling for every mould, ranging from basic T0 trials that assess mould filling and initial performance to in-depth validation processes complete with ISIR reporting.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Leicestershire is equipped to test tooling on machines ranging from 50T to 400T, accommodating parts up to 2.5kgs in weight. This capability ensures that we can handle a wide array of project requirements with precision and efficiency.
For projects necessitating larger tooling, we collaborate with a few select partners to extend our trialling capabilities, ensuring no project is beyond our scope.
We also have an on-site Medical Tooling Validation Centre, a dedicated area within our Leicestershire facility which underlies our commitment to supporting the medical industry.
