We make Fast Turnaround Prototype Tools and have the Skills and Experience to help with all your Injection Mould Tool Solutions. Our Shop Floor has a range of CNC Machines from 750mm to 1625mm and Injection Moulding Machines upto 200 Ton, for Sampling, Trouble Shooting and Smaller Batch Runs.
Our shop floor has a range of 9 CNC machines most of which are brand new, from 750mm to 1625mm capable of producing the largest and most complex injection mould tools to the very highest standards.

Our brand new Hurco VMX64i milling machine can accommodate large steel or aluminium blocks of up to 1625mm x 864mm x 762mm in size, which puts us at the cutting edge of injection mould tool manufacturing and offers our clients a whole new spectrum of tool production which we believe is unmatched in the East Midlands area.
Additional services include rapid prototype tooling with design changes made in-house. Our programme of continuous investment in technology and training ensures we stay at the forefront of injection mould tool design and production. We use technology to save precious time which results of cost savings for our clients.
