We offer a comprehensive service, from design, prototyping, pre-production runs & evaluation, to even managing production from a high-capacity tool we have manufactured. We also specialise in the modification & repair of damaged or worn tooling & have our own ‘app’ for a rapid on-site evaluation.
SPECIALIST AREAS
Our specialities include compression tools and thermo-set mould tools for Diesel Injection Systems.
There are three main areas we produce mould tools for- Medical, Aerospace and the Electrical Connector industry. We also have experience in with working with companies associated with Defence, Automotive and general engineering markets.
DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES
Our service can be comprehensive from design through prototyping, pre-production runs & evaluation, to managing production from a high capacity tool.
We also produce Cassette QCO tooling and manufacture an extensive range of orders for the Orthopaedic Industry, including tooling for manufacturing knee joints.
We also offer a comprehensive tooling repair service, backed by a specially developed app. designed to assist in the evaluation of a tool at your own premises.

DESIGN CAPACITY
The quality of work is initiated at the design stage. Tools and gauges are designed for ease of maintenance and built to withstand the production objectives of our customers. Detailed drawings or cad files are produced for all tooling, but design schemes are submitted for approval before dies are cut.
NDPP’s investment in its people and in the latest technology means that it has capacity for both small complex fabrication and assembly, and equally for fast throughput of large, demanding projects. Each client has a dedicated project engineer who can provide a consistent point of contact. The project is managed from concept to completion to ensure timely delivery direct to the end customer. NDPP can create prototypes and plans, source materials and manage suppliers, advise on best manufacturing practice, provide machining, fabrication, finishing, assembly and despatch services.
PRESS TOOLING
We also design and manufacture all types of Press Tooling from single-stage operation to multi-stage progression.
