Full 500kg+ per hour LDPE film /regrind pelletising line, 2020, hardly used since 2021.

Everything needed for an LDPE film recycling operation, line is installed at Willenhall (WV13 1LD) and can be seen working. The building lease is available so buyer can potentially purchase and operate the line without moving it if they wish.

Line comprises:

Hydraulic reel splitter – cuts reels up to 1.5m in length.

Thermical dryer – new and never installed, can be used to dry both flakes and regrinds.

600kg+ per hour granulator, large feed conveyor fitted with tunnel metal detector.

Blower and side feeder to feed the primary extruder, also spare side feeder never used.

Primary extruder is single 180mm screw, twin hydraulic screen changer for continuous running during filter cleaning/changing.

Secondary extruder is single 160mm screw, twin hydraulic screen changer for continuous running during filter cleaning/changing.

Water ring hot water pellet cutting.

Vertical rotary dewatering and sieve shaker.

Blowers and pellet silos.

All associated water cooling pumps and cooling tower.

Fume extraction unit and associated ducting.
